Quality Dental Care
That Fits Your Budget

A healthy smile shouldn't be out of reach. Most major insurance plans accepted, flexible financing, and honest, upfront communication — so there are no surprises.

Four Chances To Get Approved

We partner with four separate financing companies. The application is short, most patients get an answer the same day, and if the first company does not approve you, we simply go to the next one.

Approval is determined by the financing company, not by our office, so we cannot guarantee it. What we can do is walk you through every step and keep going until we find the option that works for you.

Pay In A Way That Works For You

Whether you're spreading out the cost of major treatment or paying for a routine visit, we offer multiple options to make it manageable.

Insurance Billing

We file claims directly with your provider so you only pay your portion at checkout. No paperwork, no chasing reimbursements.

Third-Party Financing

We work with four lenders: CareCredit, Alphaeon Credit, Sunbit, and Cherry. If the first one doesn't approve you, we go to the next, so you get four chances instead of one.

In-House Payment Plans

Need a custom arrangement? We're happy to discuss in-office payment options for qualifying patients and treatments.

No-Insurance Discount

Don't have dental insurance? Ask about our discounted self-pay rates for cleanings, exams, and many common procedures.

How You Can Pay

For your convenience, we accept all major payment methods at the front desk. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Financial FAQs

Will you confirm my benefits before treatment?

Yes — always. As part of your first visit, we verify your coverage and walk you through any out-of-pocket costs in writing before treatment begins.

What if I don't have dental insurance?

Many of our patients pay out of pocket. Ask about our self-pay pricing and financing options — we'll find a path that works for your budget.

Do you offer payment plans for major treatment?

Yes. We work with four financing companies: CareCredit, Alphaeon Credit, Sunbit, and Cherry. The application is short and most patients get an answer the same day. We may also offer in-house arrangements for qualifying patients.

What if one company doesn't approve me?

That is exactly why we work with four. If the first company declines, we move on to the second, then the third, then the fourth. Many patients are approved by the second or third after the first says no. Approval is always the lender's decision, but four options give you a much better chance than one.

When is payment due?

Patient portions are due at the time of service. We file your insurance claims directly so you only pay what's left after coverage is applied.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Absolutely. Most dental services qualify as eligible HSA/FSA expenses, and we accept HSA/FSA debit cards for payment.

What if my insurance denies a claim?

Our team will help you appeal denied claims and provide all the documentation needed. You're not on your own — we'll advocate alongside you.
